even with the smallest ear pieces these constantly pop out even if I am sitting still I took the on a run once and was very close to throwing into the street because they will not stay in my ears. I like the sound quality but if you have smaller ears these will not work for you! I wish they worked because I like the sound quality but these are useless to me. The build and sound quality on these earbuds are great and so is the battery life, they also look good on. I can not speak to the durability of these yet since I gave them away but I’m not going to fault the product for my small ears therefore I am still giving them 5 stars
