I have an older Audi (2011). And just after the payments were done, itsy bitsy annoying problems started cropping up. Albeit it's a 10 year old car I have fallen in love with her and will not give it up without a fight! :-) So I got this OBD2 to make sure I know what's going on with her. It's very easy to plug it in and the LEDs light up and settle on the red showing me it's ready. Just like the documentation says. I am checking out different Apps for it on my phone and haven't decided which one yet. Probably the Fusion one. Connecting with my Samsung S7 with the latest android software was a breeze. No issues at all. The first app I tired with had no problem reading the data. Also showed an error in the data log about one of the engine lights coming on. I knew about it and had just taken the car to get it looked at. It wasn't cleared by the mechanic that i went to see. The free-version of the app won't let me clear it which is fine. The light did go off just as the mechanic had set it to. I think I'll try another app and see if the free version lets me close the log item. Hopefully I will have years of use out of this device and make sure my baby is ok. Haven't had to call for any support yet but from what I have read in the reviews so far, these guys go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.
