I bought these before finding out that I have a large toe spur in my big toe that is colliding with my joint. However, these bunion correctors were a great investment. After decades of wearing heels, both professionally and for pleasure, I can no longer wear heels. (Should have listened to my grandma!) I wear these things about 10 hours per day, with little to no discomfort. They fit inside every shoe and I even run with them on occasionally (but don’t recommend this). My toes seem better aligned when I consistently wear these. They do take about a week to get used to wearing.
