I have been using this for about a month or two and I absolutely love it. It's easy to clean and easy to use. I made my own steaks that were even better than anything I've had at a restaurant for a fraction of what you pay at a restaurant. I purchased the one with a window and that's the only reason this is 4 star instead of 5. I can't remove the window to clean the sides of the glass that get a bit of grease on it. I can run water and soap through the little crack but I wish I could easily remove the glass to actually wipe it clean.Also thr glass top can't go into the dishwasher. This doesn't bother me as I typically wash it by hand anyway but just for people to know ahead of time 😊
