Received this yesterday and threw it in the freezer overnight. Used it today and it was GREAT! Very cold and lasted for more than 20 mins which is the recommend limit for using an ice pack. I will say I put it in zero temp freezer rather than freezer on refrigerator. Wow! Put in order for another one today. Hope the plastic cover lasts and doesn't let the gel leak out. Also it's great that it is divided into 3 sections, folds flat and fits in the freezer very well. In my experience the cold packs that don't have sections don't fold well, don't fit in the freezer well and the plastic covers break because they aren't made to be folded. At this point I highly recommend!
