PYou get what you pay for, I guess. We loved this mattress and it's firmness and the way it alleviated my lower back pain but after a year it started to form valleys despite rotating. There is such a hump in the middle we can hardly roll to the other side of the bed. If you buy this mattress understand that you're not buying a long term investment but that's what the price suggests so no surprise there. Also make sure that you have a proper flat solid bed base or frame. We should have put a large piece of plywood on top of our metal frame. After researching memory foam mattress I'v learned that improper base support can lead to deterioration. I guess we should also note that my husband and I are large people...He's 5'10 300lbs and I'm 5'3 190lbs. So there's that. Honestly, we still love the comfort of this mattress but we know it's only a matter of time before it needs to be replaced and my husband feels like the time is now. Update: We still love our mattress cause we recently purchased, invested in, a proper flat surface box frame and it's made a huge difference. It solved the hump in the middle problem almost immediately. If you want your memory foam mattress to last and perform properly make sure to get proper flat support!
