First, my measurements are 41-33-45. I'm 5'7 and I weigh 170lbs. I wear a 32DDD, a Medium/Large in tops, and a Large/XLarge in bottoms or a 12/14. So, per the advice of another reviewer (thank you again, so much), I ordered the 3XL which translates to a 12-14 in standard American Sizing. The measurements listed in the pull down menu are pretty close to how the suit fits; it is a little more snug than expected. I was actually worried the top would be too big for my under bust and, therefore, not supportive enough. However, it's actually fairly secure; not overly tight, but tight. I do wish the cups were a little bigger, but my 32DDD is not over exposed either. In fact, it's very tasteful (perhaps the angle of my picture makes it look more busty). I really like the molded cups with underwire and fully adjustable staps, but the band cannot be adjusted, which is ok because it fits me very snug around my ribs (32in). Also, I really love the colors. I ordered the orange tie die look, it's very bright as pictured and the suit is fully lined on bottom with some tummy control, plus a little ruching for concealing mommy tummies! Overall, I would give this product 5 solid stars, even though I don't think this suit is actually "plus size." The 4XL definitely has to be a 2XL, but a tight one. The 3XL, what I ordered, is like a large top and almost an XL bottom; maybe a little smaller than an XL (somewhere between a large/XL).
