This product works exactly as it says, and I have noticed a visible difference in the texture and tone of my skin. My whole body is now softer and smoother, and after just a few days of use, I’ve even noticed a reduction in the appearance of cellulite. Unfortunately, also after only a few days of use, cracks have started to appear in the plastic on the body brush, and some of the bristles have fallen out. After each use, more small splits seems to be developing. I don’t believe this is due to user error, as I have used the brush properly (dry, as the name implies). The face brush is still in perfect condition. Hopefully, I just received a rare defect, and not all of these are so fragile. Update: A customer experience manager from Belula Care reached out to me shortly after I posted this review and offered an apology, an explanation, and a replacement brush. I'm extremely happy with their customer service, as they've done everything they can to resolve this issue and turn my experience with their product and brand into a positive one.
