I have been giving this cod liver oil to my 3 yr old son over 6 months ago, and I swear by it! Since he was younger, he was constantly sick at least once a month! Now after taking this, he has not gotten sick! It has helped build his immunity. Before that, I was searching for the kids gummy, but they had too much sugar and he didn't care for it. When he first started taking this oil, he did not like taking it, but now he downs it like a champ with no fuss! Persistence! I highly recommend this for parents because it has worked so wonderfully for my child!
