To be honest I was really excited about this purse because of the middle pocket! You cant tell from the product photos there even is a middle pocket, but it goes the full length of the purse and adds a nice third divide to your things. I have a decent size wallet and it does fit inside that pocket length-wise, however the purse will not zip. I did get a smaller wallet for this purse as well just because I wanted more organization without digging everything out to get to my wallet. The wallet I have currently does fit in this purse just fine sideways in the regular pockets. The purse is actually a little larger than had thought it would be which is perfect. I did a side by side of my other cross body and they are pretty much the same size. Everything that was in my previous purse fit into this purse just fine. Even with everything I had in my old purse it doesn't seem bulky or awkward at all. The strap to the purse is softer then my other one which feels a lot more comfortable on the shoulders. The only down side I have at this moment is the pockets seem a little awkward to get into, but it does seem like the only reason that is, is because of the purse being new and a little stiff yet.
