I am so pleased with this amazing vitamin, in the short time I have been taking it I have seen remarkable improvement in how I feel. the pill is the perfect size so it is easy to take, does not have any fishy aftertaste and works wonders. It is said that it helps with circulation, joints, memory, hair and skin and believe me it does. I work from home as a transcriptionist and the hours are tedious as well as the speech being monotone so I tend to lose focus and get tired very quickly.
