Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

Can't get the scale Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone XR. The Fitbit app shows the device has been added but it does not communicate. Based on my research, Fitbit rolled out the scale before it had been debugged. Not the way to build confidence with your customer base. Would give zero stars but have to give at least one to post. Revised 11/28/19 Talked to Fitbit rep about the Bluetooth problem and they suggested I return the scale. They also said they would send me an email when the problem was fixed. They did send an email, I reordered and it works great now.
