Great wedge pillow, and just what I needed. I've been having issues with my back and shoulders when sleeping flat and this has been a great alternative to sleeping in the recliner. It keeps it's shape all night, does not squish or go flat. The "gel" later also keeps me from feeling too warm though out the night like some pillows tend to do. I'm also able to manuver to a slight side sleeping position as well and still be very comfortable. It arrived in a vacuum sealed bag, rolled like a log. Once opened it took shape right away and I was able to use it the same night. No weird odors so you don't have to worry about "off gassing" like some memory foam items need. I would recommend this pillow to anyone.
