Love this stuff for a sugar substitute. I do add just a teaspoon of regular sugar when baking.
It only takes one or two of the little spoonfuls for baking a whole cake. I add 1 teaspoon of my regular sugar just to hide any after taste (there is barely any). Great value and so easy to use.
