Just the idea of this being on him got my son up and moving. He has some sensory issues but he really liked how it felt. Everything is very simple to use. Once you link it to your phone(ps this let's you keep an eye on things) everything is set clock, just input the personal data. Great encouragement to stay active Very simple to use, comfortable to wear, keeps a charge for almost 4 days, wakes my son up easily, has reminder to move when he's sitting around too long I have had one time where the watch and app didn't sync. But it worked itself outAbility to set a timer on the device itself without the app.Definitely great for gamers, and kids with sensory issues. I love it! More importantly so does my picky son.
