I very bad plantar fasciitis and wanted something to rest my feet one during the day while I work. This foot rest is very light and plush. It has two options for use. I tend to use the white side up because it is the most comfortable for me. This pillow provides adequate comfort to my feet when my feet are sore. The only downside for me is that, since we have wood floors, it does tend to move around a lot so if you are looking for something that is more stationary, this may not be the product for you if you have wood or laminate floors.
