This is the first brand of Alma powder that I try so I do not have much to compare with, but I definitely like it! I feel that it gives me more energy! It very likely has lots of other beneficial effects in the body, given that it is the most anti-oxidant rich food known to man (excluding spices). I also contacted the seller re. testing, since I am concerned with heavy metals and other contaminants in products grown in India & Bangladesh. The seller promptly provided a certificate of analysis and the test results looked good.
