I wasn't sure about this, I thought maybe I feel a little better, maybe it's a placebo effect but then the real test came. My period started without warning. And by that I mean without PMS. Maybe a coincidence? Next month, same thing. To be clear, I have really bad, screaming, crying, breaking things PMS. Not only that, my period was lighter and less painful. It might still be a coincidence but I'm not going to stop taking this to find out.
