Received damaged box. Ordered two and one box was open and all contents had fallen out in transit. Company sent via USPS so had to file a claim with USPS. Wish the product came in a pack of 13 since that’s a standard for staircases instead of having nag to buy two packs. However, the actual product is working great. For the most part, they don’t shift a lot (small movement noticed over days of use, but not drastic) and provide the traction we needed. The style is nice too.
