Blood work results show these drops work!
**I paid full price both times I purchased these Vitamin D drops from Amazon and I was never asked to write a review **
In December of 2015 my Vitamin D levels were at 27. My doctor recommended Vitamin D drops (store bought ones that you swallow) but after doing some research of my own I decided on a liquid form of Vitamin D with Vitamin K2 as both of these combined enhance the absorption of Vitamin D into your body. It comes in a cute little bottle and has a dropper which is easy to use. My doctor recommended I take 2,500 IU a day initially to get my Vitamin D levels up quickly. So I took one drop in the morning and one drop in the evening for the next several months. I never had any side effects from using these drops. I read that Vitamin D is also better absorbed with something fatty so I would squirt a drop on foods such as peanut butter, eggs or any type of meat we would have for dinner. I would always do this on my first bite of food as these drops have a minty taste but once I started eating the rest of my meal this minty taste would disappear. In May of 2016 my Vitamin D levels were at 82. This goes to show these drops really do work! I since reduced my intake to one drop a day and I am currently not adding any drops now that summer is in full force. But I will surely start back up in the fall :) So if you are unsure about which Vitamin D vitamins to purchase I would highly recommend you try these!
