Bought this for my parents because I wanted to share the photos from my phone with them. I have a lot of photos of my kids that aren’t shared, but are great and this product seemed to be a convenient way to share them. It is. However, setup is a little challenging when setting it up for someone else. You’ll need the email address of the person you’re setting it up for, and make sure they are available when you’re setting it up, because they’ll need to provide the activation code that the frame sends to the email address for verification. You’ll create a user and password, and that user and password will be for them to access from the Bsimb app. So, they need to download the app to be able to post pics to the frame, you need to download the app to be able to post pics to the frame too. You’ll need to synch your app to the frame, and you will synch the persons app to the frame while setting it up. I hope this is helpful. Definitely follow the instructions, they are clear to follow.
