Got this today and made the Beef & Potato Stew. Other than a little too salty (for my taste) it was beautiful and delicious! Some of the juices did overflow (but not too much). The two reasons i didn't give this book 5 stars are (1) very few pictures and (2) I couldn't find a list of the book's recipes online before I bought it.
