This webcam is a solid build, and with tripod included is a very decent buy for the money. The camera worked immediately as soon as I plugged it in. The microphone did not seem to work at first, but that was my fault - I had Input Sound turned off in Windows 10 Settings. If the same thing happens to you, try Start > Settings > System > Sound > Input > Troubleshoot to fix it. You won't find this or any other troubleshooting suggestion, by the way, online because the product provides *zero* support information, not even a company name. Hence four stars, not five.
