Hopefully this review can help spark hope. I suffer from 3 herniated disks all in my lumbar for years now on top of working doing interior demolition. For quite a while I had become really good friends with Ibuprofen, massage machines, laying flat on my back on the flr etc. In other words living with relentless chronic pain up until I came across this product here on Amazon. This product is God sent!! I know the difference between a placebo effect and when something is working. I stayed quiet and observant for the first week (and by then I was already was able to sit at my computer chair way longer amongst other things) while continuing with my daily responsibilities which does also include going to the gym to lift. Up until this product (just finished my first bottle) I was fearing I actually might even need some type of surgery and now it's been a month and all those days and nights of living with a tight back and unforgiving pain almost seems so long ago that I feel like a new man! I still can not believe something so affordable and simple as some powder in a bottle literally changed my life around! It is my humane duty to share this with everyone because I would not wish this pain and loss of quality of life on anyone.
