After purchasing a Schwinn A10 I mounted what I thought would be a comfortable enough seat. I got this one at a pretty good price Schwinn Pillow Top Cruiser Bicycle Seatbut it turned out to be a little too stiff to sit on for any amount of time. It was literally painful to ride even 20 minutes, much less the hour I was planning. I searched around some more and found this cruiser seat with a metallic spring suspension. This seat is wonderful compared to the seat that came with the A10 which is pretty much just a piece of plastic with enough foam to be called a seat. The Schwinn seat was much better and would work great for someone who is small and light or doesn't plan any type of lengthy ride. However I'm a big guy over six feet and I needed something better. This seat fit the bill perfectly, has great cushioning and combined with the springs it is great. Very comfortable seat. Anyone with any complaints probably needs to adjust the angle or height of their seat to ensure comfort, but I wouldn't blame the seat itself.
