I will start off by saying I'm a seasoned athlete not just a weekend warrior.I train in distance cycling and Krav Maga, however wanted to add a new tool to my workout toolbox. Those that said this bike is too small for tall people are idiots. I'm 6'0 190lbs and feels as comfortable on this baby as I do on my $4000 trek . The construction is superb and also a quiet ride. I set this up in front of a 176 hd projector and train using virtual cycling cds. After a month of riding about 5 hours a week I have ZERO COMPLAINTS. I just may get a second one for the wife.
