This antenna really works !! I bought a Sangean HDT-1 tuner specifically to listen to a jazz station about 40 miles away. I hooked up my rooftop TV antenna and I could not get the station. Then I used the included Di-Pole antenna will so/so results. In good weather I could usually get the jazz station, but it would often drop out. When this Stellar Labs antenna arrived I assembled it and laid it down on my dining room table. As soon as I connected the antenna wire to my tuner the jazz station came in with full signal strength !! I ended up hanging the antenna from the ceiling in a closet and I always get full strength and have never lost the station, ever. I also get several other stations that I never knew existed. I will note that I don't think this antenna is truly Omnidirectional. During my final installation I rotated it to get the strongest signal for the station I was specifically interested in and it made a big difference. Even their instruction manual indicates that the antenna isn't Omnidirectional. However, it works great for me and I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again.
