This is the best protein shake I've ever had and I've been working out for five years. The protein/calorie ratio is great and there's 5g of fiber. Even better, it's non-dairy, so you won't experience inflammation or acne. However, the price is now almost $45 for 12 shakes which is ridiculously expensive. Buy the 32g version (Muscle Milk Pro Series Protein Shake, Knockout Chocolate, 32g Protein, 11 Fl Oz, 12 Count) for nearly half the price. It has a ratio of 32g of protein/160 calories and 4g of fiber. If you drink two of these per day, you're only missing out on 16g of protein and 2g of fiber, but you'll be saving about $100 in a month.
