Indian coleus where FORSKOLIN is extracted is a herbal plant that we used to treat many kind of disease in the Philippines, we used to make tea out of it's leaves and it's roots, but when I move to US I am missing a lot of traditional medicine specially the forskolin but thank God that Forskolin is available now in a capsule form, with in two weeks of taking the forskolin I notice that I didn't crave that much sweets, I also let my husband try it since he was a diabetic, and losing weight is really a struggle for him, forskolin helps in lowering his sugar I am surprise on how effective it is, and he is not craving of sweet that much.
