Let me begin by saying that everyone in my house cooks. We cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Our pots and pans have to withstand being used for every meal, every day, for as long as possible. These pans handle the job. They have excellent heat distribution, are very easy to clean, and don't stain (as far as I can tell). I have made several meals with red sauces, curries, and saffron rice (notorious for staining) and nothing has stained so far! I love that there is no bolt or screw head in the cooking surface of the pan. Other pans have that issue, the bolt head is in the cooking surface to hold the handle on. Eggs get stuck to it, it rusts, and then you have rust and bacteria breeding in your food, no thanks. These do not have that problem and I love that! They look elegant in any kitchen, store nicely in a cabinet or on the pot rack, and they don't retain smells! I have cooked eggs and fish in the same pan. It's an experiment I like to do with new pans. No residual smell from the fish in the eggs with these pans!! I can genuinely say that these are some of the best cookware pieces I've purchased in a long time. I purchase a new set every 6 months to a year because we all cook so much. I've tried many brands, materials, and types of cookware. These are among the best without the crazy prices. From now on, I will just replace these with the same set. No reason to try anything else. This is a set to (non)stick with! Excellent on induction stove tops! No scratches, but follow instructions!
