I've only cooked one thing with this set, fried eggs. I'm giving this 5 stars based solely on cooking fried eggs, and if I cook something later that changes my rating, I will update this review. I do not cook much, and I almost didn't buy this when I saw the fried eggs pictures posted with the negative review. I just got this today and I wanted to cook eggs because if they ended up looking like the eggs in those pictures, I was going to take advantage of Amazon's return policy. I had better luck. This is how I cooked them. First, I put maybe two tablespoons of light olive oil in the pan and heated the pan at 6 for three minutes. The oil ended up mostly on the left side of the pan and the two eggs on the left of the pan in my pictures were placed directly on top of the oil, but the one egg on the right had no oil. All three eggs flipped easily without breaking. Like I said, I don't really cook much and honestly I wouldn't have bought a pan for $75. My girlfriend wanted this and since she does the cooking, I bought it for her. She hasn't even seen the pan yet but now I know I am not returning it. My advice is try this pan for yourself, and if you don't like it, return it. If you want to be even more helpful, take some pictures AND list how you cooked whatever you took pictures of.
