Don't pay attention to the reviews that were here before this show was even up...
if you're Black you already knw why. Some people ( we know what kind) think that a movie or show showing racist things that actually happened to Black people is divisive, when what actually happened is what was divisive. Some people (you know what kind) think that hiding away the horrors of racism will make it just go away and we know thats not the case. My grandparents moved to Compton back when it was all white and I know how hard it was, this happened, stop pretending that if we dont see it or talk about it, it goes away. This show is actually excellent and Im so happy its on.
