I am 5'4", 247 lbs and wear a 40DD bra. I got this in a 2xl and it is comfortable and holds the ladies up nicely. These pictures are after wearing this bra for workouts for 4 days. The padding is just enough so your nipples don't show but nothing to hold up anything or fill anything out. You can do jumping jacks for 2 minutes before things start to go really sideways. Totally fine for walking, maybe running....I do not run if you can't tell. A good price for a good bra.
