It works!
I bought this to help lower my cholesterol. I will not go on a statin drug. Took as directed most days, 2 capsules twice daily with largest meals. This was the only thing I changed. My diet isn't perfect and I don't eat a lot of junk food either. My total cholesterol in April was 231, last week 207. Triglycerides April-101, August-62! Will continue to take this. Trying to pay attention more to my diet. Will see what Dr says in a few weeks at checkup. Also start working out again.
**Update** 9/22/17
Saw the Dr this week and she was pleased and will recheck cholesterol in 4 months. Determined to take twice daily to see how it does. Have started walking/jogging at least 5 days a week for 30-45 mins. Will update in February 2018 after next lab results.
