Finally! A brace for fat knees! Most adjustable neoprene support knee braces are one size fits all. Unfortunately my fat knees are right on the upper limit of "one size". I have to go through all kinds of contortions to get them on and then they are too tight and cut in so I end up taking the brace off. This brace came in sizes and I got the XL. It fits great and is really comfortable. I have had it on for hours with no discomfort and my knee feels great. The whole brace is made of the fabric velcro sticks to so there is not just a little patch for you to stick the straps on, making it infinitely adjustable. If the the third strap that comes around behind the knee in the middle is too long and covers the kneecap opening it can be trimmed. This brace seems to offer just the right amount of compression without any pinching. I love it!
