The first shipment I received (packaged beautifully) showed up a little cold; ordering plants at 7,500 ft. in the dead of winter was probably a mistake I could have done without, however, I did receive a heat pack with the box // I DIDN'T EVEN PAY FOR IT! I had misunderstood the winter shipping but Marisa, the owner, put one in anyway! I was struggling getting them to perk up and it was within a couple email exchanges that I could tell, Marisa would probably take care of me. Well, she pulled through unlike anyone, ANYONE, I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with; the plants are almost secondary to how compassionate she was when it came to a customer! I ordered another small set of cuttings [getting ready for spring] and when I opened the package, she had gone above and beyond with shipping me an even more bountiful and beautiful selection of plants. Knowing my predicament {living way up in the mountains} she even took the time to give me a lot of rooted plants, and plants to replace the ones that had lost their will to live! The week I received my first shipment, the temps were in the single digits, SO, my advice would be to pay for TWO day shipping as well as ordering the heat pack separately if you live in a climate like mine! I will definitely be ordering solely from Fat Plants whenever it comes to succulents - YOU should as well - truly outstanding and the cuttings were gorgeous! {A couple of the larger plants and cactuses photographed, were not bought from Marisa}
