As a frequent headache and tension sufferer, I had been wanting to try this form of potential non-pharmaceutical relief. I have one from a few years ago, but the plastic was a garish neon color and it was so inflexible, I was afraid to put it on! When I saw this 2-pack, I thought it would be a good opportunity to finally try a newer, better brand out. Luckily, the plastic this set is made from is definitely flexible enough to put on without trouble yet strong enough to work on the pressure point. The next time I had a headache, I put it on and rested a bit, and my headache did go away! I was able to go back to my work and activities without taking medication. This will always be my first choice of treatment when I get future headaches. This set allows you to get colors that are nice to look at but aren't overly conspicuous and don't draw attention to your hand (and therefore your headache). I'm glad I gave this type of treatment a second chance and ordered this Aculief set. There are no doubt some types of severe headaches that are best handled with medications, but on normal headaches that are caused by stress or tension this has worked for me.
