Sometimes buying online is a crapshoot. In the instance of this product, it seems to be one bet worth making if you are looking for this type of device. Just received mine today, have used it three times and am most impressed with the results thus far. I have peripheral neuropathy and it has been bad, progressively worse. After just three uses, the 'pebbles' on the bottom of my feet are disappearing and the pain in my calves and ankles has all but disappeared! Looking forward to and hoping for good results. At this point, am very glad found and purchased this device. Not just for neuropathy, general massage and relaxation would make the purchase of this device more than worth it, IMHO. Quality, workmanship is good and potential durability seems promising. I highly recommend this product.
