Incredibly effective! That's an understatement btw. Have used on dogs injury and used on a sinus infection it began killing the infection off immediately and could feel it working. Little goes a long way. If using in a spray bottle do half and half with water and it's still as effective but will last longer. Don't like that it comes in plastic bottle but it didn't affect its effectiveness.
