A few months ago, we adopted a 3 year old, 80lb male Labradoodle. The poor boy is ITCHY!!! He has such dry skin and clearly suffers from seasonal allergies (or so we have determined). For the first month we switched him to a better food, got him on a good probiotic, started giving fish oil and allergy aids, but he was still as dry and itchy as can be. I wish I could say that switching to this shampoo was the silver bullet that solved his skin problems (spoiler alert: it was giving him Benedryl that really made the biggest difference) but I HAVE noticed a dramatic difference in the softness and shine of his coat since we started using this shampoo, and it certainly hasn't made his itching any worse (which other shampoos have done) and in fact her has less hot spots since we switched to this. Additionally, I really love the scent! It is subtle and natural and not heavily perfumed and chemical smelling like many others on the market. It smells fresh and natural, but it doesn't smell intense. The ingredient list is great, nothing harsh and dangerous and the price (add on) can't be beat for the product you get! I love that it's completely safe to use as often as you want (daily)! I'll be a regular subscriber for this shampoo from now on. Great product for pets with dry, itchy or sensitive skin. If your dog suffers from seasons allergies like ours however, getting them on Benedryl really is a game changer. If you want to try everything you can first before resorting to medication, this shampoo is a good place to start! I did NOT receive this product for free or at a discount! Hope this helps.
