Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I found this particular model through the Do It On A Dime channel on youtube and ordered it without really looking at any of the reviews. (Turns out, Kathryn has her own profile with a list of recommended products on it and this was on that list). While waiting for it to be shipped, I looked over the reviews and got really nervous about all the poor reviews. As soon as it came in, I unboxed it and looked it over to make sure I got a new model. No problems there! There were no signs it's been used before. As many of the other reviewers said, I didn't get any hose but I'm pretty content with the attachments I got. I've been keeping in mind that too much use might result in the attachment brushes melting but so far, so good. I accidentally burned myself so that covers the unit getting sufficiently hot. A couple of things to note: --the steam does get cooler the further away from a surface you hold it so sometimes you really need to shove the nozzle in close to see results --I got this to help me clean some black mold that has popped up on my dryer. The mold has been there for a while and this steamer is very slowly chipping away at it. It's going to take a while but I think it can do it. --In the picture I've attached, the left side is completely untouched, the right side was cleaned with a steamer. The previous tenants of this house left the vents this way and I'm so glad this steamer cut through that mess so quickly and so easily. Now the vents are as good as new! --When you stopped holding down the trigger, the unit does take a moment to reheat the water. The pressure goes down so you have to take breaks and let the pressure build up if you want to see real results. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this steamer. Will update if anything changes.
