I have tried high-end neck creams and low-end neck creams. Of ALL of them, this one gives the most results and almost instantly. The first time I applied, I noticed a tightening (and moisturizing!). I have now been using for 1 week. Before using this cream, I would look at my neck in my car's rearview mirror and be horrified at how old my neck appeared. NOW, however, I am very pleasantly surprised that the skin looks tight and the lines in my neck from sleeping, etc., are greatly diminished and the skin appears fuller. I am very pleased overall with the price and the results and highly recommend this cream. BUY IT! If you have severe turkey-neck, this product will obviously not work as well, but it is definitely worth a try!
