Then I I guided to a supervisor. ****this is how to link the card *** go to amazon main page. Scroll down to blue background. Under amazon payment products choose shop with points. Click on discover. Click on link your rewards account now. It will open a new tab. Click on unenroll. Then enroll a new rewards account. It fixes it!! And I saved the extra $10!
