I am speaking from a biological, chemical, and fitness/health perspective, not an "I think and I feel" perspective. I've searched many places to find a vasodilation product which you can feel, containing no dyes, no GMO genetically modified soy, no caffeine, etc; I only wanted the L complex for vasodilation with some or all B vitamin complex for energy metabolism, but without the added colors to match the bottle of the product family line, as a marketing concept. These NO2 capsules have what I have been looking for. The capsule size is about 1/3 size smaller of my last product of a different brand. I believe these are size 00 or 0E. Please web search “caplet size chart,” if you are not familiar with capsule size numbers. After taking the product on the first dose, I felt the increased circulation and energy boost in about 10 to 15 minutes. This boost continued throughout the day with no crashing. The workout pumps are substantially increased when taking these. Oxygen uptake increases which is needed for burning calories, so workout in well ventilation. Not only does this help with working out physically, but the increased circulation and energy metabolism helps with reading, studying, other mental concentrations, and mood.
