My 4 year old son loves this game and I do too! He's crazy about everything to do with trains. The controls are easy, just touch the points/signals/etc. you want to change and it changes. The graphics are good too. The difficulty goes up as you go further and there's definitely enough of a challenge for adults to play this too.
