1.) SOUND QUALITY- The sound quality on the camera itself is not great BUT, once a video is viewed through the phone or any other device -the sound quality is excellent. 2.) FREEZES- The camera may freeze every once in a while. To fix this is easy considering all you have to do is remove the SD Card and hold the power button until the camera turns off. Once the camera is unfrozen, you can then proceed to place the SD card back in the camera. Overall this is a great camera and even though it may seem like the quality of the sound and the video are of lower grade,but once viewed on a phone or other device both are excellent.
