I gave it 4 stars because I cannot comment on how well these will hold up from usage because I purchased them for my guest bedroom and we do not have many overnight guests. This could take a while. The positive is they arrived timely, and they fit the pillows perfectly. I had no issues with the zippers. The down side is my own fault: If you wash them, turn them inside out first. They are waterproof, which means there is a plastic-like lining inside so moisture does not get to your pillow. If you do not turn them inside out for washing, they will hold water inside, and whoops, there it is, dripping all over your floor until you can get it outside to hang to dry. My bad !!
