This is THE best hair product I have ever used. A hair stylist used it on my hair after a cut and told me it would fight humidity - I thought "Yeah right" because NOTHING has EVER helped my hair when it comes to humidity. It was a stormy, hot South Carolina summer day and my hair even got rained on and when I got home, it still looked perfect. I was impressed but not entirely sold because it was only about an hour after it had been applied. So I decided to buy some and use it for two weddings I had coming up - one in Charleston, SC, and one in Baton Rouge, LA. Both weddings were in May and were typical hot, humid, balmy, sticky southern days and I had GREAT hair for both events - it looked like I had just styled it by the end of the receptions. Since then it's my number one beauty product. Just to give a little context, I have thick, coarse and wavy red hair. Most days and for most nice events I blow dry it out straight and smooth and then use a curling iron to put big, tousled waves in it. Exposed to humidity, my hair always loses the smoothness, ends up fuzzy and frizzy from root to tip, gets flat on top and REALLY puffy at the ends, and the nice curling iron waves dissipate into what I can only describe as beach hair, but not in a good way! Bottom line, I recommend this product ALL THE TIME now, including to hair stylists. I'm attaching a photo that shows my hair before I used Oribe Impermeable Anti-Humidity Spray as well as during the two weddings I described testing it out during. This stuff is worth every penny.
