UPDATE: While we were assured previously that this model would receive a firmware update allowing Virtual Wall in app, the company has since said they will not be including that feature and it is now only available on the more expensive S-series. Since I originally asked Roborock about this BEFORE I purchased and based my decision, in part, on the promise of this future feature, I am subtracting 1 star for failing to follow through on that promise. The vac does work great, but now I am permanently stuck with these stupid magnetic strips that were only ever meant to be temporary. I probably won't buy from this company again after this disappointment. After over 100 days now, I still LOVE this thing! Not a single other vac at this price point offers the same features, especially the mopping. I love waking up every morning to clean floors, as I have it set to run overnight. It doesn't like my high pile carpets, but those only comprise about 15% of my floors and, between closed bedrooms at night and "virtual wall" strips to wall off a front room, the vac doesn't even know the carpets exist. It's not perfect, but no "smart" tech is. To be honest, a robot vac isn't ideal for every home, but a single level, mostly bare floor house like mine is the perfect environment for this awesome time saver!
