OK so you are where I was when deciding what friggin cat litterbox to get. I did all my research, probably hours and bought this one. To give some context, I have 1 medium sized cat and I wanted to get something that would alleviate me from having to scoop the damn thing everyday, deal with smells and honestly I was sick of my girlfriend telling me twice a week that it stinks and to empty it, like man I gotta figure out how to shut her up about this (googles cat litter boxes 2020). Been using this for about a month and i'm suuper satisfied. Save your time researching and just get this thing, after having it, it's a no brainer. TIPS: 1. When you put it together, it might not all fit perfectly, or the rolling mechanism might not feel fluid, but that is only because there isn't any litter in it yet to weigh it down, once that's in it works perfect. 2. Do NOT make the mistake I made when introducing my cat to it by not making sure the lever on the side was actually secured to its locking thing, I placed her in, it swiveled, and scared the shit out of her. She's fine now :) 3. Go to homedepot and get that "NeverWet" aerosal can spray which creates a water tight seal on things. Spray the inside of the tray of this puppy and it will help with urine odor and obviously any urine sticking to anything. This fixes many of the complaints many users have about urine balls or whatever sticking to the grate. Simple fix. 4. Get a cat genie, this thing is DOPE. I just empty cat crap etc from the smartsift drawer directly into the catgenie and SERIOUSLY there is no smell. I literally take a bag of cat crap out once every 1-2 weeks and never touch a thing.
